AutoPOD

Terms of use

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the person who runs this AutoPOD ("we", "us"), who runs AutoPOD. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: the support contact on the sign-in page.

1. What AutoPOD is

AutoPOD is software that helps you run a print-on-demand shop. It suggests design ideas, makes artwork and slogans with AI, creates products through your own Printify account, can publish listings to your own Etsy shop and can post to your own social media accounts. Printify, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest are separate companies; their own terms apply to your accounts with them, and you are responsible for following them.

2. Your account

3. Your shop and your content

4. What you must not do

Don't use AutoPOD to make anything illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, harassing, or infringing; don't try to get into other people's accounts or stores, overload the service, or resell access without our agreement. We may suspend or close an account that does.

5. Plans, trials and limits

6. No promise of sales

We work hard to make AutoPOD useful, but we can't promise any number of sales, views or followers, or that a design will be accepted by Etsy or any platform.

7. The service

AutoPOD is provided as it is and may change. We aim to keep it running but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example for updates, or because Printify, Etsy, an AI service or another company it relies on is down. We back up data nightly, but keep your own copies of anything important (Run › Download all designs).

8. Liability

We aren't liable for lost profits, lost sales, or losses caused by other companies (such as Printify, Etsy or the AI services), or by designs you chose to publish. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow to be limited.

9. Ending

You can stop using AutoPOD and ask us to delete your account at any time (the support contact on the sign-in page). We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will normally tell you why first. After an account closes we delete its data as described in the Privacy notice.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; for important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can decide any dispute.
